Zip Files
Your ebook purchase on this site will provide a zip file that contains all the available formats. The zip file is a compressed file that requires a utility to decompress it. Mac OS X will use its built-in archive utility to decompress the file. Certain versions of Windows do as well or require a program such as WinZip.
Occasionally, you may receive an error from Windows that the file is corrupt, contains no files, or something similar. A split-second interruption in the download process can cause this, as well as the use of download accelerators. Please trust that it is not the file; all files have been checked on multiple OSes and are virus-free.
If you encounter a similar error, try downloading the file again, try another decompression program, try another browser, try disabling your down accelerator. If it still does not work, simply reply to your purchase receipt email, and the file can be emailed to you.
